Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ROOMZERO. By purchasing an entry pass, registering for, and/or participating in the ROOMZERO event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, house rules, and security guidelines. These policies are enforced to guarantee a premium and secure experience for all guests.

Admission is restricted to pass holders. All passes are registered to specific individuals and cannot be transferred or resold without explicit coordination with the support registry.

Refund Policy

All sales of ROOMZERO entry passes are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for guest non-attendance, change of mind, dress code violations, or ejection due to policy infractions.

Refunds are exclusively issued in the event of overall cancellation or indefinite rescheduling of the event. In such cases, base pass price amounts (excluding processing fees or gateway charges) will be refunded to the original payment channel.

Privacy Policy

We prioritize data privacy. The personal details submitted during registration (names, emails, phone numbers, ages) are strictly utilized for registry booking, entry gate checks, and order confirmation.

We do not share, sell, or rent your database records to third-party marketing companies. Financial and gateway details are handled securely via encrypted end-points by Cashfree and Razorpay.

Event Rules

1. Strictly Alcohol and Drug Free: No alcoholic beverages, tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, or illicit substances are permitted. Possession or consumption leads to immediate ejection and referral to local authorities.

2. Single Entry Only: Re-entry is not permitted. Once a pass is scanned at the entrance gate and the guest departs the venue, the pass is invalidated.

3. Theme & Conduct: Dress codes must be respected. Follow all security directives immediately.

Entry Guidelines

Gates open promptly at 1:00 PM on 26th July 2026. Please arrive early to avoid check-in queues.

All guests must undergo physical security screening, bag checks, and check-in validation. A valid digital pass ID containing a verified QR code, alongside a valid student ID card or government identification matching the registrant name, must be presented.

Code of Conduct

ROOMZERO operates as a respectful, positive, and inclusive space. Harassment, verbal abuse, physical altercations, non-consensual contact, or vandalism will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal reporting.

Party responsibly, respect personal boundaries, cooperate with security officials, and keep the environment clean and safe.
